North Central Phoenix - Greenway Rd & 12th St

This is for the 12th Street and Phelps Arizona storage location. If I could give 10 Stars.... Heck if I could give 💯 ⭐ stars I would! Colleen was FANTASTIC! I have never felt so at ease doing business with someone or a company and I just felt truly comfortable with everything. The process to rent was extremely simple, she was more than informative while also being personable and friendly. Her and her husband live on site at the property so I know my belongings will have actual security. Plus they have alarms, locks, personalized entry codes along with everything else you could want or need when renting a storage locker. You can bring your own lock or get one from them. The sign up/rental process online was simple & straightforward and strait to the point. I also know that if I have any questions in the future, I can call the facility and Colleen or her husband will help me. I'm serious when I say this - please check them out!!! If you're looking to rent a storage, they beat the corporate competition by a long shot. You're always dealing with an actual person rather than an automated machine, an app or 20 different people who work in 10 different corporate offices across the United States and will never know you on a personal level. IT IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE HERE. I may have even made a new friend. I'm talking about you Colleen 😉 If you are looking for a simple, friendly more personalized storage option this is definitely where you want to go.

Arizona Storage Inn on Phelps Rd would get a 10 star rating but only get a 5 star choice. The 2 people who manage this storage facility, Colleen & Mike , have a quality you don't see much of any more, they are respectful, & very helpful, they are good people. Very professional & easy to communicate with. I will absolutely recommend this facility.

The place is so clean they go out of their way to help you the manager stayed open late to help me plus charged my phone it was dying.
