In 2024, you would think that AZ Storage Inns would use readily available technology like card account updater to automatically get your new card expiration date when your card expires. No, absolutely not. Or that their system would notify you that your card is going to expire (who can keep track of their dozens of subscriptions). No, absolutely not. Or that after attempting your payment on the 1st, when it fails due to an expired card, that they would notify you. No, instead they wait until they've already assessed a late fee. Or, that when you make a payment with a new card, it would update your card on file. No, of course not. You are almost guaranteed to incur late charges from AZ Storage Inns, even if you've never made a late payment. Also, annual rate increases and "insurance" fees will most certainly add up. 2019 - Total bill $66.50. 2024- Total bill $103.99 I would sugge..."

• "Edit April 2022: Four years have lapsed since I wrote my review and since I was last in Tempe to check in on my belongings. I am dropping my rating from 5 stars to 1. Where the facilities were once spotless, I arrived yesterday to conditions being the dirtiest I have seen them since I began renting here. I specifically moved from an outside unit to an inside unit to protect from excessive dust and for the evap cooling. I am storing a large art installation and everything was covered in thick dust, the hallways were filthy and items stored in boxes very warm to the touch on a day that was under 90 degrees. The coolers were not running and doors at both ends of the hallway open to the outside (people - pull down doors when you are done accessing your unit). My rent has increased steadily each year yet the conditions have significantly deteriorated. I cannot recommend AZ Storage anymore. • "I have had a storage unit here for around 3 years now and I have never had an issue. Storage units are nice and prices are good. The new manager Amber is one of the friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. She takes time to get to know her customers. The first time I had met her she was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't go the office again for over a month and she still remembered me and what we had talked about. Would recommend anyone needing a storage in this area to come here to the Tempe office."

He was very accommodating and worked with us to reserve the unit for a few extra days until my husband could check out the size and location. He even helped us out by applying an extra discount on top of the web rate discount. It was a great experience, made very easy, and it felt like Mike really wanted to make sure we had an easy experience. Location is perfect for our needs, and the driveways and walkways are wide and easy to move things in and out of."

Not only are we located just 5 minutes away from the ASU Campus, we are blocks away and 3 minutes from Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe, Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park and pretty much across the street from the Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA) on Rio Salado Parkway at Hardy Drive.

We are also conveniently located near Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport which is just five minutes away. This allows you to store you car in a safe place and at more cost effective location. Park your car here for a month for what it would cost you to park at the Sky Harbor's economy lots for 5 days! Then, take an Uber or taxi cab ride to your departure terminal at the airport.

Our self storage facility offers extended gate access hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, video surveillance, evaporative cooled spaces as well as regular non climate controlled spaces and electronic control access gate.
