This place was awesome not all about business chatted with the staff mainly Shana for bout 15 minutes before we even got to the storage info made me feel like I was a family member as soon as I walked in the door good prices and good discounts. And holds garage sales about twice a year when it gets cooler! I'm definitely giving my business for years to come so if you looking go check them out first you won't be disappointed!!

The customer service at U-Stor on Greenway and 40th is beyond amazing! If I could give 100 stars I would! I recently wanted to downsize my storage unit and I was provided help on everything from size options, junk pickup companies (and a coupon!) and location of the new unit. I probably sent 100 emails over the entire process and the responses were always polite, friendly and informative! Thank you Sanya - you made a big difference! I cannot recommend this company enough! It was such a breath of fresh air to interact with such kind, helpful and competent people!

I love this site since it's open with 24 hour access. It's in a great location near the freeway. But best of all the managers of the site are most amazing, competent and personable! They get back to your right away and their office number doesn't go to a call center! I highly recommend this particular site since they are also into helping the community donating to Thrive and Solid Rock Teen Center, and many more. I wish they got medical benefits and retirement because that how we give back to the backbone of our society. I recommend U-Stor whole-heartedly!

Welcome to U-Stor Self Storage located in North Central Phoenix at 40th Street and Greenway Road. Our address is 3916 E Greenway Rd.

Our self storage facility features many state of the art features including ALARMS on all of the storage unit doors, digital video surveillance and electronic control access gates. We also offer FREE 24 HOUR ACCESS to your storage unit. Knowing that we offer this feature gives you the peace of mind that you can access your goods in storage anytime of the day or night.

We have a variety of storage unit sizes* ranging from 5' x 10' to as large as 10' x 30'. Our buildings are built of split face concrete block with vented pitched roofs as you would find on a house.
