This is a 5 star place to transfer and store your things. Colleen and her husband are very sweet and extremely helpful. They are honest and straight forward about everything. I love that they are local and live on the property. She even recommended an awesome moving service, GoLoad, that was punctual, professional, friendly, and very efficient. My whole transfer of property from out of state to AZ with a POD went so smoothly thanks to Colleen. I highly recommend their services. Cheryl

This is our third different storage location here in north Phoenix. Colleen was excellent helping us get the right price and location in the facility. We have one 10x20 and one 5x5 climate controlled. She arranged it so that we are a very short walk between them. Signed up and the gate codes al worked immediately. Looking forward to a great relationship.

Colleen and Mike, who manage the property, are an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve needed help on several occasions, and Mike has always shown up and gone above and beyond to assist. I truly appreciate them both and highly recommend them for your storage needs.

We initially got a good deal on 3 months of a rental unit, here.... 1) Beaches it was ERY close to where we were currently moving out from, as well, as a 24 hour unit... but when we were not able to move into our own place again, before the 3 mont "good-deal", the price got jacked up almost $100, then after 3 more months, got jacked-up again by almost another $100, so what started as a $120 (ish) unit, became a over $350 a month unit... Then when we "reserved a new unit at the same storage inn, I was unaware I needed to pay the $112 up-front, so the new price, for an equivalent unit became an over $250 a month unit... when we went to "pay"... Collen did "°attempt" to allow us another opportunity to rent a less expensive unit on-line for $85 a month, but when I tried to pay on-line, it would NOT ALLOW ME TO PAY. So, I called Collen back, after being reliable, paying cusro8for over 1 year, and told her I attempted to pay on-line, but it wouldn't allow me to, so we are just going to have to clear the unit out and change to a different storage facility, she answered "Hello, this is Collen, from Phelps Arizona Stoage Inn, how may I help you?" I said HI Collen, I tried to rent a new unit on-line, but it wouldn't allow me to pay, so we're gonna have to switch to a new facility, she rapidly said "Okay, BYE." And hung up on me! No offer to discount another unit, so now we have to get a Uhaul, to move EVERYTHING in the unit to a completely separate storage facility.... BUT THANK YOU CUBE SMART!!!! 😊🙏 We got a unit there 💪 😎 🙌 🤪 1st MONTH FREE!!! 5' square foot more, 2nd month only $75 bucks, and price lock for 12 months!!!!!! Thank you so very much CUBE SMART!!! Only negative... 10pm no more access.... til 6am, not a 24 hour facility.... Shop around!!! Go where you're funds are valued!!
