A Great Opportunity for a Couple!

A property management company has an opportunity for a couple to operate a mini storage in the Phoenix area. This is a live on property position that requires day to day operation of a self storage facility.

Duties include general office such as computer skills, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and light maintenance. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) would be a plus for this position.

This is a great opportunity for the right couple. Compensation includes housing, electric, salary and a bonus opportunity along with a portion of health insurance benefits after four full months of employment.

This position is five days per week with office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Two days off per week including Sunday and one other day.
